House Membership
House Membership is open to all organizations providing lodging and programs designed to meet the needs of patients and caregivers traveling away from home for medical care.
In the process of developing a house and not yet open? Join as a Provisional House Member to connect and learn from those who have gone before you. No need to go it alone.
House Membership Includes:
- Listing in the HHN public hospitality house directory, connecting your organization to patients and families seeking housing near their treatment center
- Access to the InfoHub resource library, with tools, templates, and guides built specifically for hospitality houses
- The Certified Hospitality House (CHH) credentialing program, which includes a learning management system with over 1,600 courses to train and develop your team
- Events and webinars to connect house members, share knowledge, and build community
- First access to conference passes for the HHN National Conference, next scheduled for 2027
- Access to member surveys and national reports that help you share the story of your mission's impact locally and nationally
- Regular communications so you always know what's next, including a monthly newsletter with upcoming events, surveys, and announcements, and a bi-monthly publication focused on recent research in the field

Affiliate Membership is open to mission-aligned and service-adjacent organizations that connect meaningfully to the healthcare hospitality community.
